Standardised extract, not milled root
A capsule filled with ground root still gives you a weight. What it does not give you is a known amount of the compound the plant is used for. A standardised extract is bought against its marker, so 400 mg means the same in January and in July. Seventeen actives in the range are bought that way, against sixteen distinct markers — cordyceps and reishi share 30% polysaccharides.
95% curcumin · 99% piperine · 95% OPC · 65% boswellic acid · 50% bacosides A&B · 50% chlorogenic acid · 30% polysaccharides (cordyceps and reishi) · 20% gingerol · 20% asiaticosides · 20% caffeine · 10% rosmarinic acid · 5% withanolides · 5% salidroside · 5% astragaloside IV · 1% ligustilide · 0.3% safranal

20:1 where we have no single marker
Three actives are full-spectrum ratio concentrates rather than marker-standardised, because the specified part is the whole profile and not one compound. We print 20:1 instead of inventing a percentage to sit beside them. So the honest version of the rule is not that every botanical carries a marker percentage: the marker-standardised ones carry the percentage, and these three carry the ratio.

Chelated minerals, and which formulas have them
In the capsule complexes, where a formula carries a mineral we buy a glycinate or another chelated form and we name it on the panel, because the word "magnesium" on its own is not a specification. The electrolyte line in Sport Recovery + Hydration is the exception: it uses the standard salts, and the four share one 400 mg line. Five of the eight capsule complexes contain a mineral. Brain & Cognitive Boost, Heart & Cardio Boost and Libido Complex contain none at all, so no mineral claim covers the range. Neither powder carries a mineral row apart from Sport Recovery's combined electrolyte line, which is named in section 05.
Magnesium 82.5 mg (as magnesium L-threonate), Energy · magnesium 125 mg (as magnesium glycinate), Calmness · zinc 20 mg (as zinc glycinate) and selenium 110 µg (as seleno-L-methionine), Immunity · iron 28 mg (as iron glycinate) and copper 2 mg (as copper gluconate), Anti-Aging · calcium 240 mg (as calcium glycinate), Detox

Named vitamin forms
Selenium as seleno-L-methionine, the form found in food, rather than an inorganic salt. B12 as methylcobalamin. Vitamin K2 as menaquinone MK-7. Tyrosine as NALT, the acetylated form, which is more stable sitting in a capsule. Each form is printed in brackets beside its weight.
Seleno-L-methionine 110 µg (Immunity) · methylcobalamin 25 µg (Calmness) · menaquinone MK-7 150 µg (Detox) · NALT 200 mg (Energy)

Capsules for the complexes, powder where the grams demand it
Eight formulas are capsules because the doses fit: three a day, ninety to a jar, 54 to 85 g of product depending on the formula. The two training formulas are powders because of the gram count — Sport Energy + Focus alone carries 4800 mg of BCAA plus 1600 mg each of beta-alanine, arginine and citrulline, a quantity no capsule could hold. The format follows the gram count.
Capsules: 3 a day, 90 per jar, 30 servings, 54–85 g net, under £2.70 a day · Powders: 3 scoops, 30 servings, 360 g net, under £3.40 a serving

Creatine HCl — and the trade-off, stated
Creatine HCl is readily soluble, which suits a drink taken immediately after training. Monohydrate is the less expensive, higher-dose standard, so if you already load creatine separately, continue to do so: 800 mg here is a supplementary amount, not a loading protocol.
