Trader identification, regulatory status, how an order becomes a contract, the limits of our liability, your statutory rights and ownership of this site. The UK equivalent of an Impressum, in plain English. Where anything on this page would take away or reduce a right the law gives you, the law wins and that wording does not apply. This version is dated 8 October 2026 and applies to orders placed from that date.
A commercial website must publish who stands behind it, and the information must be accurate. Here it is. Everything about an order is governed by our Terms & Conditions, which give the same trader details.
BIO SWISS. The online shop at bio-swiss.com trades under this name. It is a brand name, not a description of how the products are made: they are not certified organic and we do not sell them as organic.
Your contract for any order placed on bio-swiss.com is with BIO SWISS LTD, registered in England and Wales. BIO SWISS LTD is the seller, the data controller, and the company against which your statutory rights run. No other company connected with the brand is a party to your order.
BIO SWISS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 14544393. Registered office and address for written correspondence: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. VAT registration GB 442 9549 69.
The registered office is an address for service of documents and correspondence. It is not a shop, a warehouse or a returns address, and post sent there is forwarded to us, which can add a few working days, so email is faster. Do not send goods there. Returns are notified to info@bio-swiss.com and sent only to the address we give in reply.
BIO-SWISS Sàrl, entered in the Swiss commercial register under UID CHE-310.409.504, Chemin de la Vièze 1, 1873 Val-d'Illiez, Valais, Switzerland. The Swiss company holds the brand. It is not the seller, it is not a party to your online order, and your statutory rights as a buyer do not run against it. There is no entry against that UID on the Swiss federal VAT register, so there is no Swiss VAT number to publish.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total shown at checkout for your delivery address is the price you pay, and where UK VAT is chargeable it is included in that total. Prices differ between products and change over time, so the price of any product is the price shown on its own page and at checkout — not a figure quoted on this page. Delivery is charged separately. Before you pay, checkout shows the delivery options, the delivery charge, the VAT and the total payable, and we do not add compulsory charges after that total. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place it, and we do not change it unless you agree to a corrected price after an error, as set out below.
We take care with prices and descriptions. Because the contract only forms on dispatch (clause 5 of our Terms & Conditions), we can usually put an error right before anything leaves us: where we identify an error in a price or description before dispatch we will tell you and either confirm the correct price for your agreement or cancel the order and refund you in full; the decision to go ahead at the correct price is yours and we will not treat silence as agreement. Once goods are dispatched, the order stands at the price you paid unless the error was obvious. An obvious error does not bind us even after dispatch: we will explain the position and you choose between paying the correct price or returning the unused goods at our cost for a full refund of what you paid for them. We will not take further money from your card without your agreement, and we will not ask you to pay a higher price for goods you had already used before we told you of the error.
An obvious error means a price or description that no reasonable customer would take to be correct — for example a decimal point in the wrong place, or an ingredient amount given in the wrong unit. A price you simply think is high is not an obvious error.
We sell to customers aged 18 or over, buying for their own use. Products are not supplied for resale. We may decline an order where we reasonably believe it is placed for resale, and an order for quantities outside normal personal use; where we do, we refund in full. Wholesale, distribution and ambassador supply, including supply to retailers, runs on separate written terms: see section 04 of our Terms & Conditions.
Email: info@bio-swiss.com. This is our address for orders, returns, cancellations, complaints, product questions and anything to do with this site, and it is the means of rapid and direct communication we are required to give you. It is monitored on working days and we aim to reply within two working days. We do not publish a telephone number. Written correspondence goes to the registered office above.
BIO SWISS LTD is responsible for the editorial content of bio-swiss.com: the copy, the product pages, the photography and the science pages. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, and we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error. That is a statement about this site as a library of information. It is not a disclaimer of the description of the goods you buy: under section 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 what we send you must match the description we gave it, and nothing on this page changes that. Report an error to info@bio-swiss.com and we will correct it.
Access to this site is provided free of charge and without any warranty of availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time and without notice, and we may stop selling any product at any time. Where we withdraw a product after you have ordered and before dispatch, we tell you and refund you in full; where it has already been dispatched, your order stands and so do your rights.
The shop at bio-swiss.com runs on Shopify. Shopify hosts the storefront, operates the checkout and, together with the payment providers connected to the shop, processes card payments. We neither see nor store your full card details. Payment is authorised by your card issuer, not by us, and where authorisation fails or is reversed the order does not proceed. Using a third party to take payment does not move our obligations onto it: your contract is with BIO SWISS LTD and your statutory rights run against us.
Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Everything else we do with personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which also names the processors we use. The data controller for this site and for online orders is BIO SWISS LTD, company number 14544393, at the registered office in section 01.
Data protection enquiries and requests about your own data: info@bio-swiss.com
The reviews on our product pages are reviews of Bio Swiss posted by customers on Trustpilot and Google, each marked with the platform it came from. They are reviews of the brand: a review that names a product is about that product, and we do not present it as a review of any other. We do not show a star rating for a product that has no ratings of its own; the platform's own score and the full set of reviews are on each platform. We publish only reviews we believe to be genuine. We do not write reviews ourselves, pay for or reward positive ones, or remove a review because it is critical. We do not publish a review that says a product treated or prevented an illness, because food law does not allow that claim to be made for a food supplement, whoever makes it. Where we shorten a review we mark the cut and do not change its meaning. If you believe a review on this site is not genuine, or is shown in a way that misleads, tell us at info@bio-swiss.com: we will investigate it and correct it or take it down.
Where we link to a supplier, a laboratory or published research, we do not control that site and we accept no responsibility for its content, its products or its security. A link is not an endorsement. This does not affect our responsibility for what we publish ourselves, or your rights against us.
Do not attempt to interfere with this site or its security, extract its content in bulk, scrape it for a competing catalogue, or use it to transmit unlawful or unsolicited material. We may suspend or withdraw access where we find this, and we report serious misuse to the police or to the relevant authority. This paragraph is about use of the website; it does not affect your rights in relation to an order you have already placed.
This distinction is legal, not cosmetic. Our products are food. They are not licensed medicines, and nothing on this site should be read as though they were.
BIO SWISS products are food supplements, regulated in Great Britain as food. They hold no medicines licence and need none. We do not claim, and we do not authorise anyone who sells or promotes our products to claim, that they treat, prevent or cure any disease — not on this site, not on our packaging, not in our emails or advertising, and not in material we approve for retailers and ambassadors. If you find wording anywhere that reads as that kind of claim, tell us at info@bio-swiss.com and we will change it. If you are unwell, see a doctor.
Our policy is that nutrition and health claims use the wording of the GB register of authorised nutrition and health claims within its conditions of use, that botanical ingredients are described within the rules that apply to claims still awaiting assessment, and that an ingredient with no authorised claim is described by what it is and how much of it there is. If you think a claim on this site goes beyond what the register allows, tell us: we will review it and correct it where you are right.
A food supplement supports normal physiological function. It is not a treatment and it is not a promise of an outcome for any individual. What any one person experiences depends on diet, sleep, training, age, genetics, medication and much else outside our control. Nothing on this site, in our emails or in our advertising is a guarantee that you personally will experience a particular effect, within a particular time, or at all. A product that does not produce the subjective result you hoped for is not, for that reason alone, a faulty product.
That is not a get-out. Where a product is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for a purpose we said it was fit for, or different from the description or the specific claim we made for it, your statutory rights apply in full and our Terms & Conditions sets them out.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Take one supplement at a time unless you have added up the combined amounts, because taking several together can push a single nutrient above a safe level. Some of our products contain vitamins or minerals at levels well above the nutrient reference intake: the amount per serving and the percentage of the reference intake are printed on the label and shown on the product page, and you should read them before you buy. Store out of the reach of young children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Stop taking a product and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
If you are pregnant or trying to conceive this matters specifically: high intakes of preformed vitamin A (retinol) and of vitamin D are not suitable in pregnancy. Every one of our labels says the product is not intended for use in pregnancy or while breastfeeding; if you are trying to conceive, take advice from your doctor, midwife or pharmacist before taking anything.
The full ingredient list and all allergen information are printed on the jar or tub label and published on the product page before you buy. Read them before you order, and again before you take a product. Our products are not intended for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are trying to conceive, taking prescribed medication, preparing for surgery or otherwise under medical care, take advice from your doctor or pharmacist before use. Where an ingredient is clearly declared and you react to it because you are sensitive to it, that reaction is not by itself evidence that the product was faulty. That is a point about what caused the problem; it is not an exclusion of liability, and it does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, neither of which we exclude.
If an allergen was present and not declared, or the label was wrong, that is a different matter and a serious one. Stop taking the product, keep the jar, and email info@bio-swiss.com with the batch code. Your rights under our Terms & Conditions apply in full, and so do our obligations under food law.
Every BIO SWISS formula is developed by our Swiss team in Val-d'Illiez, Valais, Switzerland. Online orders are sold by BIO SWISS LTD, the UK company named in section 01. The products are manufactured in the EU, and each jar and tub says so on its label. The label on the batch you receive is the accurate statement for that batch: if it and this site ever disagree about origin, we correct the site, and where what you received does not match what we told you before you ordered, the goods were not as described and our Terms & Conditions apply.
Food law requires the name and address of the food business operator responsible for a product, and for the information on its label, to appear on the pack, and a distance seller must give it to you before you order. As printed on every jar and tub: “Manufactured in the EU for BIO SWISS LTD — BIO SWISS Sàrl, 1 Chemin de la Vièze, 1873 Val-d'Illiez, Valais, Switzerland”. The seller and your contact in the United Kingdom is BIO SWISS LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, info@bio-swiss.com. If the label you received says something different, email us and we will correct the site.
Ingredient lists, amounts per capsule or serving, allergen information and nutrition data on this site are taken from the product label. Capsule counts, serving sizes, net weights and prices differ between products and are stated on each product page and on the label — they are deliberately not quoted on this page, so that this page cannot go out of date against the shop.
The printed label on the jar or tub you received is the authoritative statement of what is in that batch. Read it before you take a product, particularly if you have an allergy. Where the label and this site disagree, the label is correct for that batch and we will correct the site. That is about which document tells you the truth about the contents. It is not a term that gets us off the hook: where the description we gave of the product you bought differs from what you actually received — including its suitability for a vegan or vegetarian diet, the source of an ingredient, or the presence of an allergen — the goods were not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, and the return is at our cost.
Whether a product conforms to the contract is not ours alone to decide. We will give you our view and our reasons in writing, but our view does not bind you and does not stop you taking the matter further.
Photography, renders and video on this site are illustrative. Capsule appearance, powder colour and texture, label design and packaging vary between batches, and colour varies between screens. Variation of that kind is not a defect. A difference that means you did not receive the product we described is a different matter, and our Terms & Conditions applies to it.
Formulations, suppliers and labels are revised over time, and a page here describes the current version of a product. If you are checking an older purchase, the description that counts is the one published when you ordered, together with the label on the jar you received, not whatever this page says today. Nothing in this paragraph reduces your rights in respect of a product you have already bought.
We may change, reformulate or discontinue any product at any time. Nothing on this site is a commitment that a product will remain available, and a repeat order is not a guarantee of the same formulation — read the label each time. This does not affect an order you have already placed.
The text, photography, illustration, video, code and page design on bio-swiss.com are owned by BIO SWISS LTD or BIO-SWISS Sàrl, or licensed to them, and copyright is asserted. You may read the site, print pages for your own use and link to it freely. Republishing our copy or our photography — in a shop listing, on a marketplace, in an advertisement, or as training data for a commercial model — requires our written permission first.
BIO SWISS, our logo and our product names are used by us as trade marks. We do not claim a registered trade mark and we do not use the ® symbol; if you see it used in connection with our brand anywhere, tell us, because it should not be there. Unregistered rights still stand: copying the name or the get-up of the brand may amount to passing off, and we act on it.
Where you send us a review, a photograph, a video or a comment, you confirm that it is yours to send and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it in our marketing, identified by first name only. We will not edit it in a way that changes its meaning or removes a criticism. You may ask us to stop using it and we will, within a reasonable period, on current and future material; we cannot recall material already printed or already published by someone else.
Distributors, retailers and ambassadors may have our images and approved copy on request, with the licence terms attached. They may use the approved wording and nothing stronger: no claim to treat, prevent or cure anything, no health claim outside the Great Britain register, and no claim about results that the approved copy does not make. They must also make the commercial relationship obvious wherever they post — a paid, commissioned or incentivised post has to be identifiable as advertising. We brief every partner in writing on the approved wording, we check what is posted, and material that breaks those rules loses its licence, must be taken down when we ask and, if it is not withdrawn, ends supply. Email info@bio-swiss.com.
This page identifies who we are and how our products are regulated. It is not the contract of sale. Orders placed at bio-swiss.com are governed by our Terms & Conditions, which include our Returns & Refunds and Shipping & Delivery pages. Your statutory rights are set out there in full.
If anything on this page is wrong, out of date, or reads as though it takes a right away from you, tell us at info@bio-swiss.com and we will correct it.
